Two independent circuits
One compressor for low temperature and one for medium: each with its own oil separator, liquid separator and control.
IMP-VM-01 · Commercial refrigeration · Greve in Chianti (FI) · for Benelli S.r.l.
A custom-built refrigeration unit for the new bar at the Fattoria di Vignamaggio: two circuits in one machine, enclosed and quiet, hidden among the village’s stone walls.
The challenge
Casa Caffè needs refrigeration every day: low temperature (−30 °C) for frozen goods and medium temperature for counters, display cases and cold rooms. But the Fattoria di Vignamaggio is a historic estate of stone, terracotta roof tiles and courtyards where guests stroll.
It needed a single outdoor machine that could not be heard or noticed, weatherproof and easy to maintain. It did not exist on the market: so we designed and built it.
The solution

One compressor for low temperature and one for medium: each with its own oil separator, liquid separator and control.

The compressors run from 20 to 90 Hz and follow the bar’s actual load: fewer starts, lower consumption, less noise.

The on-board condenser has variable-speed fans: the pressure follows the outdoor temperature and at night the machine runs almost silently.

Anodised aluminium and polyurethane foam panels, lockable doors, condenser air grilles. The control panel has its own air-conditioned compartment.

Official Benelli S.r.l. partner · since 2024
Casa Caffè is a project by Benelli S.r.l. di Follonica, which designed the counter and the bar equipment. It entrusted us with all the refrigeration: sizing, building the unit in our workshop, PLC software, testing and commissioning.
Since 2024 we have been official partners of Benelli for the design and construction of the refrigeration systems serving their professional kitchens. For the customer, that means one project and one point of contact, from the kitchen to the refrigeration unit.
The method
Every unit is born in the workshop: we assemble it, wire it and test the software on the bench. What arrives on site is an already verified machine that only needs connecting and commissioning.
