Privacy and cookies

What data we process

The site does not require registration. If you fill in the contact form, write to us or call us, we use the data you give us (name, company, email, phone and message) only to reply to you and, if a working relationship arises, to manage it. The form forwards your request by email to our mailbox and does not store the data in a database.

The hosting provider's server (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) automatically logs technical browsing data such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security and to run the service. We do not use it to profile visitors.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to answer your requests and for pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes and for legal obligations.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics. In your browser it only remembers your choice between “Simple” and “Technical” and, for the statistics, a temporary session marker that is cleared when you close the tab: these are technical storage, so no consent is required.

One project page contains YouTube (Google) videos: they load, in privacy-enhanced mode, only if you press play. From that moment Google’s privacy policy applies.

Visit statistics

We count page views anonymously to understand which content is of interest: for each page the website sends only the page address, the language, the domain of the referring site and the type of device (smartphone, tablet or computer). We use no cookies and do not store the IP address: to count the unique visitors of a day we compute an irreversible encrypted code, with a key that changes every day, and delete it at the end of the day.

We keep only aggregated totals, on our own hosting space at Aruba, and do not share them with third parties. As the count uses no cookies and does not allow anyone to be recognised, it is based on our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and also takes place if your browser has Do Not Track or GPC enabled.

Partner Area

The Partner Area is reserved for partners we have authorised. To manage access we process your name, company, role, email and phone number (if provided), and we log sign-ins, failed attempts, downloads and IP address, for security and to manage the business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Accounts last 12 months and can be renewed. Log data is kept for the life of the account and for up to 24 months after it is closed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
