We design and build in our workshop custom refrigeration units for professional kitchens, hotels, retail and the food industry. We program them and follow them remotely.
Inverter multi-compressor units with dynamic MT/LT assignment, N+1 redundancy, standard subcooler and electronic liquid injection per compressor, governed by a PLC with proprietary software.
COLD CTRL refrigeration plants are designed for the Industry 4.0 technical requirements: PLC control, interconnection, remote control and continuous monitoring. The investment can qualify for the 4.0 hyper-depreciation under Italy's 2026 Budget Law (check with your advisor).

A single machine serves positive and negative rooms together, and moves capacity where it is needed.
Compressors not bound to a circuit: the PLC assigns them to MT or LT in real time according to load; typical setup 1 MT + 1 LT + 1 reserve.
If a compressor stops, the others take its place on their own.
N+1 redundancy on both circuits: even with a single compressor the unit supplies MT and LT by priority and load.
Even with long lines, every room and cabinet gets well-subcooled liquid.
Standard plate subcooler with dedicated stepper valve (~12 K), electronic liquid injection on each compressor's discharge temperature.
It arrives on site already wired and tested, and can even be installed outdoors, enclosed.
Frame, circuit and panel assembled and bench-tested; software verified in simulation before the field download.
